Hi! My name is Ozzy, For over five years, I shared my home with a female friend as roommates. It was a comfortable, respectful and easygoing living arrangement, and I’ve learned how important privacy, personal space and good communication are when sharing a home.

I’m a 25-year-old guy working in the food industry. I enjoy cooking, fitness and spending time on my computer.

I’m pretty chill, easygoing and generally quiet at home. I often work evenings, and even when I’m gaming or using my computer, I usually wear headphones.

I’ll be staying in the partitioned living area, where I have a built-in Murphy bed, so you’ll have the separate private bedroom to yourself.

I’m not a strict roommate, and I don’t want you to feel like you’re just renting a room. I’d love for you to feel comfortable, relaxed and at home here. All I really ask is that we respect each other’s space and keep shared areas reasonably clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom.

Students and working professionals are welcome. I’m simply looking for someone friendly, considerate and easy to live with.

A few things to know: No smoking inside the apartment, but you’re welcome to smoke on the balcony. Preferably no pets, although cats may be considered after a conversation.

December 1 is the preferred move-in date, but earlier availability may be possible. January 1 could also be discussed.
