About the room

On a main road, city bus stop out front of building. Close to downtown accesses, 10 minute drive to Limeridge Mall or Red Hill Parkway. Across street from Mohawk Sports Complex where Hamilton Cardinals play baseball. Laundry facilities in basement, use of a money card is supplied.

Deposit is non-refundable.

Bedroom is approx. 10 ft x 14 ft, has a full/double bed, leather lazy boy, area carpet, could possibly get a dresser from the Supers. There is a closet in the room as well as a floor lamp.

About the roomies

I am 61, keep to myself, have a male Maine Coone named Hemi, who prefers his own space, so no pets please. Very easy to get along with, very friendly. Tenants in the building are all really friendly and the Supers are super!!!!
