Hi everyone. I’m looking for someone to take over my bedroom in a shared house in Edmonton.
Location: 108xx 69 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6H 2E2
Rent: $500/month, including water, electricity, heating, and internet.
The bedroom is on the main floor (not the basement) and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and other essential furniture.
The house has a washer, dryer, and kitchen appliances. The full bathroom (1.5) is shared with two other UA students.
Bus routes 723, 9, 4, and 8 provide convenient transportation options to the University of Alberta and downtown. Street parking is available, and there are no additional snow removal fees.
Available from November 10, 2026.
I’m looking for someone who can stay for at least 9 months, preferably a year or longer.
