The building is in Kensington and right beside Sunnyside station. You’ll have the apartment to yourself most of the time! I’m frequently away from Calgary for 1–1.5 months at a time and only come back for 1–2 weeks before heading out again.

So for the majority of the time, you’ll essentially have the entire apartment to yourself!

How the living arrangement works:

You’ll have the private bedroom all to yourself. I’ll be keeping my belongings in the living room and using that space when I’m back in Calgary.

Since I travel so frequently, you’ll have the kitchen, bathroom, and living room to yourself for extended periods.

Rent: $1,300/month

I’m pretty easygoing, friendly, clean, and respectful of personal space.

When I’m back, I’ll be using the living room as my space, but otherwise you’ll have the apartment mostly to yourself.
