An existing household is looking for one housemate to take the spare bedroom and share our home. This is a 3-bedroom, 1.5-storey house of about 1,400 sq ft in Hamilton’s Homeside neighbourhood, near Centre Mall, with transit and shopping close by. You get a private, unfurnished bedroom plus your own private bathroom that only you will use. The hallway and the rest of the home — kitchen, living room, laundry and yard — are shared with the existing household. The other tenants are 2 working adults with a small dog. Street parking is available. This is a non-smoking home. Rent for the room is $1,150 per month plus one third of the monthly utilities (utilities are shared three ways). Available December 1, 2026. Applicants should be working or studying, clean and respectful. Screening is required: government ID, an employment letter, recent pay stubs and references will be requested, and a credit/background check with your consent may be run.

You will be joining an existing household of current tenants who already live in the home — one man and one woman. We are friendly, quiet and respectful, and we keep a clean, non-smoking home.
