The home: quiet neighbourhood close to the lake and walking/hiking trails. Biweekly professional cleaning of the main common areas included. Shared access to the workout space, plus a kayak and dock if you’re into that. Parking may be available if you need it; about a 15-minute walk to Yonge Street transit. All utilities and high-speed wifi included — $1,000/month, all-inclusive.

You: ideally a woman (student or working professional) who is genuinely comfortable with dogs — two friendly dogs live here full-time — they will demand pets, and their hair will inevitably end up on your clothes. Respectful, tidy, environmentally conscious, and easy to share a kitchen with.

The deal: $1,000/month all-in. Open to offsetting part of the rent in exchange for help with pet care (dog walking, occasional sitting) — let’s talk if that’s of interest.

Terms: month-to-month roommate arrangement (shared kitchen, so this is a roommate agreement, not a tenancy). References required; renter’s insurance required before move-in. Available mid-November or December 1 — flexible on timing for the right fit.
