The rental includes a private bedroom, shared access to a fully furnished living area, kitchen, laundry, and basement workout space equipped with weights and a barbell. An insulated single garage is also included.

You’ll have plenty of privacy, as the homeowner spends most of their time elsewhere and is typically home only about 6-10 nights per month. One bedroom is reserved for the homeowner.
