Photos of room coming soon!

Your very own bedroom with bed (can be put away if you have your own) and desk. Window that looks street side where you can view some of the free parking around the building. You will have a bathroom for your use and I will have my own. The condo has a shared kitchen, living room and balcony. Roommate would get access to their own pantry area and half the fridge. Happy to share kitchen equipment. The property has a gym on the third floor and a billiards room on the same floor, down the hall. Elevator to all floors. Key fob and door code access to condo. There is a courtyard and in the summertime has running water in a small area. Free parking all around the building.

I am a professional Chef working at a local downtown Italian restaurant. I work mostly afternoon and evenings and am home mostly during the daytime and late nights. I have two days off per week but they’re rarely weekend days. I enjoy cooking and music. Am a bit of a handyman and can take care of small fixes as they arrive. I have renovated and painted the condo myself.
