Master Bedroom for Rent in Cozy Top-Floor Suite

I’m looking for a responsible, easygoing, and tidy long-term roommate to share a bright, top-floor suite!

The room:

-Spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet -Private ensuite half-bathroom -Available furnished or unfurnished -$1,075/month, plus a share of utilities and internet (approximately $100–$140/month) -Basic tenant insurance required -Flexible move-in date between November 15th and January 1st

The home:

The suite has two bedrooms, an office, 1.5 bathrooms, and on-site laundry. It gets lots of natural light, has newer appliances, and features a back patio with great views. There’s also the opportunity to garden and access to some storage.

The location is close to the creek and within walking distance of grocery stores, the hospital, bus routes, shops, and downtown.

I have one friendly indoor cat, Matilda, so unfortunately no doggies or additional cats. Who I’m hoping to find:

Someone responsible, working, tidy, communicative, and easygoing who is looking for a long-term home and would enjoy sharing a comfortable, welcoming space. Previous landlord and employment references are required.
