My roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to sublet her private space, its not a room its in the hall with Curtains, in a large 1-bedroom apartment located right downtown, close to St. Patrick Station.

The apartment is in a great building with amazing amenities, including:

About the Space & Living Arrangement:

You’ll have access to the your private space(hall divided with curtains), and the kitchen, washroom. Your private space is a large, separate area in the hallway, offering plenty of room and privacy.

You can comfortably use the kitchen, sit at the island, relax, cook, or enjoy any of the shared spaces. Location:

The apartment is right in downtown Toronto, near St. Patrick subway station. Everything is conveniently close by, including grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, shopping, universities, and public transit. You really don’t need to travel far for anything!
