About the room

Newly renovated condo with a new washer/dryer tower. Close to fire exit so don’t have to wait for elevators during rush hours. Utilities and WiFi included. Condo has a cardio gym, a proper gym and an indoor swimming pool. 3~4 minutes walk to Jack Layton Ferry Terminal. Robovac vacuums daily and mops the floor every other day. Parking negotiable.

About the roomies

I go to the office Monday to Friday. I am quiet person, usually prepare meals in the weekend. I don’t bring friends over, but if I do, I will let you know in advance. Happy to share a meal from time to time.
