About the room

It’s takes 5 minutes to walk to Joyce Station. Very convenient location. Close to buses, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, parks, doctor, dentist, banks etc Room has big window and is nice and bright. House is only 20 yrs old and is nice and warm inside. We are respectful owners and we live upstairs in this nice house. We never had issues with our tenants as we treat them fairly with respect. Many out of town and out of country students and workers lived at our house happily.

About the roomies

The Living space is to be shared with a very nice, kind, honest and respectful gentleman who has been living here for over 2 years with no problems or issues. He works full time. Our other very nice tenant moved out after 4 years to be closer to work. Basically this 2 bedroom suite will be shared between 2 gentlemen. Bedrooms are private and living space is shared.
