I own a beautiful townhome. It’s located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. The house is only 10 years old. All the rooms have hardwood flooring . Washrooms, kitchen, laundry will be shared by everyone . The house offers a water softener, filtered water station all include in the rent . Electricity, hydro and water will be split by the people residing in the space. Snow removal and landscaping is covered. Female tenants preferred .
