Large, spacious house with nice garden in a nice neighbourhood, close to RRU and Westshore Mall.
I have two rooms available sharing with me the owner of the home: Teacher, avid traveller. I speak English, French and Italian fluently.
Available: -One very large furnished bedroom with bathroom.
-One medium furnished bedroom with shared bathroom.
Larger room is $950, medium room $850. (If you are two friends we can even the rent and both of you can share the nicer bathroom if that works for you). All parts of home are accessible to you. Plenty of storage for suitcases, bikes…
All utilities included, easy walking access to RRU and shops by way of the Galloping Goose trail. Near busstops to downtown, UVic etc
Happy to to get to know each other if you are presently out of the country.
Availability short or long term starting 1st January 2027. Minimum stay one term.
