The apartment is really bright for a basement and only 7 steps to enter. The room can have a queen bed (pictured) plus additional furniture, and you have 2 good sized closets as well!
10 min walk from the beach, located at Queen and Lee (north of Kew Gardens). A 5 min walk away from Queen street which is full of shops, everyday needs, and bustling energy. Next to 2 bus routes, the 503, and 501. I’ve lived here for two years and I love it!
