About the room

Renting out the second bedroom in my 650ft² apartment. The shared space (living room and kitchen) is fully furnished. The bedroom is completely empty. BYO-Bed. Centrally located 1/2 block from Main and 16th in the heart of Mt. Pleasant. Ground floor unit with separate entrance and lots of natural light. Corner unit. Looking for a male roommate. Must be a tidy and responsible person. No big parties. Non-smoking unit but 420 is ok. Queer or queer friendly is essential. Available December 1st.
