About the room
The private bedroom is a large main level room with a large window view of the backyard. The house comes with plenty of storage space (basement and garage), as well as extra rooms we use for a communal office and flex space, respectively. The old roommate will also be leaving behind a few pieces of furniture that you can have or remove if you choose. We all split utilities, wifi, rental insurance, and other communal items. House is walking distance to the 33, 99, and 14 bus routes, as well as close to grocery stores and Jericho Beach
About the roomies
Hello, we are 4 easy going guys (Comp Sci student, Medicine student and working professionals) in our mid 20’s who love mario kart, card games, and having friends over. We are a tidy group and do our best to respect each other with cleanliness, noise, etc. Would love to meet you and see if we would be a good fit over a phone call/in-person and schedule a tour.
