Hello everyone!

I am moving out and helping my roommate look for a new person to sign a new lease, preferably minimum 10 months, and then month to month after!

The rent is 1550$/ month including utilities and internet.

The building is 2b2b corner unit at Concord Brentwood Hillside East. The unit includes storage locker and amenities such as 24-hour concierge,dog grooming station, sports lounge, study room, ping pong, fitness centre. You would also have a parking stall, but if you have no car you can rent out to someone else in the building!

No pets or smoking is permitted in the unit.

About the roomies

Her name is Sijan, she is 26, works full time as an AI engineer and is looking for another female roommate starting December 1 at a 2 Bed 2 Bath condo apartment at Brentwood station!
