The building is very quiet, and right next to the Victoria Park Stampede train station. Heating and water is included with rent, but internet and electricity will be split between the two of us. The building is also right next to a park, 17th ave, and close to most services due to how close it is to the downtown core. You’ll get your own office/workspace to use as you’d like, with a monitor mount setup desk if desired. The unit is mostly furnished, but some small additions could be made as needed. I’d like us to meet first so we could learn about each other a bit before anything, so if you’re interesting, hmu and we can get coffee before anything else.

It’s just me and a bunch of plants. I’m a bit of a homebody, but I cook a lot when I’m not working, gaming, or doing whatever maintenance is needed around the place. I’ve been told I tend to stay in my room a bit too much when I am home, so I can at least guarantee I’ll be mostly unobtrusive besides whatever baking I may foist on you (if allowed lol).
