Alexa's room

This house is currently being built in a new community and possession will take place in mid September- Early October. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths, shared bonus room and office. Rent includes all utilities, wifi, and access to the community centre. The house is located near a walking pond (1 block away) and directly across the street from the community centre.

I am currently a student and own the cutest little puppy so roommates must be ok with small dogs. I am very fun and outgoing and would love someone to watch the bachelor with on Monday nights! I also enjoy my alone time as I work a lot so I am respectful of your down time as well. Since this house is new I am looking for it to be smoke/drug free. Looking for relaxed roommates that love to have games nights but no parties.
