Caitlin's room

Two 24 yr old females looking for a 3rd roommate to share our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse in Langford. The townhouse has in suite laundry and is in a great location close to downtown Langford. We would prefer a female student or professional who is clean and organized. The room is available for rent immediately and rent is $650 plus utilities and includes one outdoor parking spot. The room is NOT furnished but the rest of the house is.

*The room is currently being used as an office as pictured. All furniture would be removed for you.

We both work in the hospitality industry and I go to school full-time as well. We are in and out of the house but when we are home we spend most of our time relaxing in the living room, doing schoolwork, watching Netflix or playing video games.
