Huge 5 bedroom house located in The Junction, a vibrant, safe community!
Looking for 2 roomates - 1 for August 1st and the other for September 1st.
August room is a regular bedroom with a double bed. $1100 plus $60 for bills per month. September room is an attic bedroom with a double bed, and loft space. $1200 plus $60 per month.
Bills are $40 for a cleaner who deep cleans the house twice a month, and $20 for internet and TV. Hydro and laundry are included in rent!
Rooms are furnished but feel free to bring your own furniture!
Street parking available with a permit.
The house has:
- Large open-plan lounge and dining room with 50in smart TV and PS4
- Good-sized kitchen with 2 fridge-freezers and all dishes/utensils provided
- 2 washrooms with separate utility room
- Big fenced garden with a patio
- Great area, close to everything you could need! Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, local shops…
- Multiple bus stops, 10/15 minute walk to Keele or High Park TTC station to get downtown
Looking for people who are clean, like to have fun and socialise! Must be good with dogs!
About the roomies
We’re a group of young professionals, aged 24 to 26, a mix of boys and girls. We are easy-going, decently clean and tidy people who enjoy spending time with each-other, but also respect one another’s personal space. We are welcoming and love to host, so we often have friends over, but only throw parties once (pre-corona) every few months for special occasions. There is also my shiba inu living with us - he’s a lovely, friendly boy who hardly ever barks!
- The reason I am searching for females is our 2 current female roommates are moving out, so I want to keep the balance!*
