One furnished bedroom is ready to move in on February 15th, 2026. The room has a doubled bed size, closet, dresser, desk and chair. It’s $930 per month includes hot water, electricity, internet wifi, and laundry once a week, up to 2 loads.

You would be sharing the ground level basement with another quiet female tenant (each tenant has her own private bedroom). You would be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and the living room. The place has its own private entrance . The suite is fully furnished with shared accommodation, a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, table, chairs, and other utensils in the kitchen.

Close to Joyce Collingwood skytrain (8 minute walk). 15 minutes by skytrain to downtown. Within a 10-15 minute walk there are:
