Short walk to the University and Foothills hospital; Looking for a quiet mature workers or students; no pets and nonsmokers only. Great place for someone working at Foothills hospital or attending U of C/SAIT. Located right beside a bus station and a 10 minute walk to the Ctrain. Can be furnished upon request. You’ll share the duplex with three other women mostly students and a nurse working at foothills hospital.
Washer and dryer included. Parking can be included for an additional fee. Fresh paint and new carpet in the rooms.
$400 month plus $50 for shared utilities/internet.
