Cairney's room

Room on main floor of house in Bridgelend is available. Very close to public transportation and easy access to downtown. Included in the rent of $565 are all utilities including internet. There is a single bed available if required. Parking is available on street with permit. Bathroom is shared with male co-renter. Washer and dryer downstairs. I am looking for a quiet, clean, working, non smoking co-renter. There is one cat in the house but no more animals are allowed. Looking forward to hearing from you!

You would be sharing with me, an older male and Theo the cat. I work full-time at the airport. I have lived in Calgary for just over a year and a half. I am quiet, responsible and respectful and would prefer to have someone similar to share the house with.
