The Selby is a purpose built rental condo. It has great amenities including an outdoor pool, a fully equipped gym, a games room and a study room. The management company are great to deal with and they organise things for the building such as free outdoor yoga twice a week. The location is perfect with loads of grocery shops nearby. You are close to the brickworks and also to the shopping on Bloor. The room itself is a decent size with a Juliette balcony. The shared space is a great size. The condo only opened last year so everything is new and modern. Aircon / heating all year round.

My friend and I are moving to another condo within the Selby so we can share with another friend of ours. You would be sharing with 2 guys in early 30s. Jose is Mexican and has lived in the condo since January last year. The other roommate will also be new to the condo, but is moving within the building.
