Eight minute drive or twenty minute bus ride from train station. Three blocks from Griffith Woods provincial park. Across the street from a corner store & pharmacy. Can be furnished if you need but doesn’t have to.

I’m a single Mom with 4 daughters (ages 11, 13, 15 &16). My 16 year old is with me full time, 15 is here about 25% of the time, 13 & 11 are 50/50 split (week on/ week off). All four girls are from the same Dad, with whom communication is good and there is no drama. I’m pretty chill, I like a tidy house but not perfect. I like art, music, culture, and am fascinated by people & psychology. I fell in love with the north over the past two years and have a soft spot for Yukoners. I’m a full time student taking a masters in leadership (graduate this year). I lost my job due to COVID and am looking to rent to help supplement income. We have 2 cats who are very friendly…if you live here you are going to get snuggled. My girls are very friendly and bubbly, and very respectful. We’ve had a number of roommates and they have never had any issues ever. In fact you’ll probably enjoy all the baking as we’ve hit the stage where they seem to bake all the time lol.
