Cannon Street

Hey, I’m looking to rent the full finished top floor of my house. You will have locked & private access to the 3rd floor and also have full access to the rest of the house, including full kitchen and laundry. The 3rd floor includes a bedroom and a large living area. Rooms can be provided furnished or non-furnished. We are just a 5 minute walk to the General Hospital and 1.5km to the West Harbour Go Station or the downtown core. We also have the Cannon Street bike lanes right out front, with a SoBi station across the street. Several bus route options are within one block. There is a lot of free parking close by on side streets, but there is not a dedicated parking spot.

I am a 47 yr old professional who has my two kids (6yrs & 9yrs) living with me 50% of the time. You would have the house to yourself during the weekdays. We do have one cat in the house. Preference would be given to someone who has the flexibility to pick up the children from school two afternoons per week. Hours worked child minding will be deducted from rent owed.
