I’m renting out the bottom of my split level house in the SE of Calgary. There is a large master bedroom sized room, a big living space for couches or other furniture and a private bathroom with a jetted tub with a private parking space off the alley behind the house.

Laundry and upstairs kitchen would be shared, fenced in yard, open to another dog so long as they get on with my dog, sorry no cats!

I am a 27 year old girl who lives at the house with my 4 year old siberian husky. She’s pretty chill and we’re both pretty quiet, I am out a lot doing outdoor activities or working and am looking for someone reasonably quiet to share my space with!
