Wifi, Fully furnished room new mattress with new organic bottom mattress cover, sm/ med walk in closed, desk and dresser / night table. Full private bathroom with shower and tub. Cozy and quiet environment. 7 min drive to train or bus to train outside door ( 2 min walk) 7 min walk to groceries , LA fitness and good life . Hiking and cycling Trails and forest all 10- 20 drive or walk! There is a beautiful finished basement. Prefer student and or working professional- Some use to full gym in basement and weight machine % elliptical machine. To be discussed. And hopefully is not here 24/7-Meaning have friends family to visit out side of this home. Limited laundry- TBD I work from home in room beside yours so will be talking during meetings 8-5 pm No cable

1 renters . I am work from home. I’m an executive business professional and very active - cycling and running and hiking. I am an early riser 530-630 am and early to bed. Need someone who either works away or is quiet - this is a must! Respectful, honest and trustworthy. I like alone time but would be open to some socializing :) movie nights or walks . Must be tidy and keep room, bathroom and kitchen clean, doesn’t do a lot of cooking as kitchen is small. Music or tv to be listened with headphones to respect each other. French and English speaking . I believe this is important for both. Prefer a person who is not here 24/7 Credit check or OSAP proof required and employers name and address if working .
