My wife is moving out of province for a short term work contract and we are hoping to rent out our room to someone. It is the upstairs apartment of a house in the Kensington, Annex, Little Italy corridor. The neighbourhood is amazing. I will be moving into our living room. The room is private and can be available furnished or unfurnished (or with whatever in the pictures you feel like you need). We will put on a new mattress cover for your stay. There is no shared living room. Shared Kitchen, Bathroom, and Breakfast nook. You can use the breakfast nook for as an office if you would like but it is not private. No laundry on site but the laundromat is 190m away (2min walk). Full kitchen. Available from November 10 - April 1 (will prorate November’s rent).

I am currently a Social Work student at Ryerson. I am friendly and generally pretty quiet; although, I do all of my work from home so I am on zoom calls through out the week. I enjoy board games, anime, music, cooking, sports, and karaoke. I don’t really play video games. I have vulnerable family members so COVID-19 safety is very important to me (no parties or frequent guests). No smoking in the apartment.
