This spacious and bright, 2 bedroom apartment is near the Danforth, with an excellent view of the city and skyline. On Canada Day, you can see fireworks from 3 different locations. You’d also be getting the master bedroom, which is equipped with a queen sized bed. The complex is walking distance to subway station, grocery store, Shoppers Drugmart, as well as a myriad of other everyday essentials. The complex itself, includes a dental office, family practice and walk in (currently call in), daycare, parking, laundry facility, pool, and gym.

I also have access to house cleaner that can come by once a month, and recently acquired a discount on Internet and Hydro, which means parking (if required) are the only added costs.

I’m a 40yo writer, working from home. I have a sweet, cuddly, but mostly sleepy 20yo Shih Tzu. I love playing board games and tabletop RPGs. Currently playing D&D 5E with a lvl 4 Halfling Barbarian, and finally reading through Terry Pratchett’s work, which I should’ve done a long time ago. I also love watching movies and bingeing TV, of which I recently rewatched both the Expanse and the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel! I’d love to banter with a roommate over these things, as prior to the pandemic, I used to attend a lot of socials, to make professional connections in the video game industry and beyond.
