About the room

Our house is located in a really nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to Mt. Douglas, so a lot of trails and parks. Also, few distance to the beach. Few minutes away from UVIC and close to bus stops. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom upper suite with nice backyard. Everything furnished. Double bed and study table will be provided. Open concept kitchen with huge and bright living rooms.

About the roomies

We are all easy going and respectful roommates, working professionals. Most of the days we’re working. We are non-partier roommates, non-smoker, no pet in the house. We like to enjoy great meal together.
