Zac's room

Your bedroom is located on the main level of a 4 bedroom duplex. The bedroom is large enough for a queen size bed and would fit a king sized bed comfortably. Its been freshly painted and the window looks out onto the backyard. Bathroom is shared, as is the kitchen and dining room, back yard and laundry room, located in the somewhat furnished basement. Living room upstairs would be shared as well. Myself and my partner live upstairs and the other roommate occupies one of the bedrooms in the basement. Parking is street parking. Bus route is also located across the street. Close to 16th Ave, and Sait.

My partner and I work a pretty hectic schedule so when we come home we like to relax and watch movies. We have a Australian Shepard/ blue healer mix and a short hair grey/ white cat, so being animal friendly is a must. With that said, no other animals as both of our animals are rescues. The couple who lives on the other side of the duplex are friends/ family, so someone who is open and outgoing would be ideal. A roommate who’s clean, tidy, reliable, responsible and somewhat quiet is also ideal. No parties.
