One bedroom furnished ground floor bedroom located on quiet 1 acre private river frontage lot, which is 4.2 km from downtown, with a walk in private entrance and parking on site. As well there is an outdoor patio area with table and chairs overlooking the Campbell River for you to enjoy. On bus route.

Shared use of basement kitchen (depending if cabin room is rented), There are two mini fridges, microwave, convection/toaster oven, induction hot plates, pressure cooker, kitchen dishes and pots etc., and shared furnished TV lounge area, a shared bathroom with a seated shower. Laundry is not available, but a clothes drying rack can be used. $1100.00 per month and includes all utilities and wifi.

The communal living space is shared with another roomie (this has not been determined for this fall), who has a bedroom & living area in an adjacent small cabin beside the house. This situation is best suited for a single mature, friendly, responsible, tidy person; a working person/roommate or student.

Owner lives on top floor and requires access to locked storage room and to use arts/craft area sometimes during the day when you are not home and not on weekends). The craft area is adjacent to the living tv/area of the total 1200 square ft floor plan space you live in.

References required. No smoking, no drugs, moderate drinking & only occasionally mutually agreed upon guests on property. 11 -pm to 7 am quiet time

We are a quiet and friendly couple, who are living upstairs of you. We enjoy gardening, hiking, kayaking, snow shoeing, camping, and the arts: the list goes on. Although we are primarily upstairs our paths would cross when we access the locked storage room and I’ll sometimes use studio/craft room area during the day, but not on weekends etc. There is also a friendly, 6 year old cat residing here too …. purr! We are looking forward to a mutually respectful and harmonious relationship with our future roommates.
