One bedroom, furnished, close to downtown with a walk in private basement entrance to beautiful 23 year old home. Furnished bedroom includes a double bed with linens, dresser and closet. Home is located on one acre of private river frontage.

Use of secondary basement kitchen; there is a fridge, microwave, convection/toaster oven, induction hot plate, instapot, kitchen dishes and pots etc., and furnished TV lounge area, plus basement bathroom which has a seated shower. There is also a covered patio area with table and chairs overlooking the river for you to enjoy.

Owner lives on top floor and requires access to bsmt laundry room, and will use craft room which is adjacent to the living tv/area of 1200 square foot basement and will occasionally use bsmt kitchen kettle/microwave when working downstairs. This situation is best suited for a mature, responsible person and perhaps a working person/roommate.

Available now - References needed. No smoking or Vaping, no weed/drugs, and no parties on property. Minimal drinking is acceptable, 10pm to 7 am quiet time. Due to current Covid 19 restrictions, company is limited. For safety reasons, you are required to be following the Covid 19 gov’t advised practices/procedures at all times.

We are a quiet and friendly couple, who are living upstairs of you. We enjoy gardening, hiking, kayaking, snow shoeing, camping, the arts: the list goes on. Although we are primarily upstairs our paths would cross when we access the laundry and use bsmt craft room area . etc. Looking forward to a mutually respectful and harmonious relationship with future room mate.
