About the room

It’s fully furnished with a queen size bed and dresser and closet . It’s very nice . It’s located in beautiful Riverdale Downtown in the valley . Bike and running trails in backyard . You can go for miles in the valley either way . The university is 20min away on the bus . Downtown is a nice 10 to 15 min walk. Lots of bus options here as well . I am renting a room . . Looking for someone that does no drugs . Smoking outside of course . Other smoking also outside . I’m down to earth and don’t judge . .also have a smaller room available as well . Or take the whole suite. Sorry I prefer males . Women take too long to shower . Haha
