Large bright room available in a two story townhouse to share with me - 23F and my cat :) This is a nice area right across the creek from Etobicoke. You are able to walk to both the TTC or Mississauga Transit if needed. Extremely quiet neighborhood with many parks nearby and a walking trail right behind the complex, but bars and restaurants are near if you wish to go out. Currently I am the only tenant living here, there is lots of space. Looking for a strictly female roommate, preferably short-ish term (4-6 months) but open to long-term contracts if I find the right person. Absolutely NO smokers, I do not tolerate the smell.

The house is fully equipped with everything: PARKING, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, AC.

Different price points can be discussed if you wish to pay bills separately or wish to pay all inclusive. Current rent is $900 with all inclusive bills. Bills for the house are over $200 which makes it over $100 per person, thus the price of $900 monthly. I also have a second smaller room available if you are looking to rent two rooms.

You will be living with me, a 23 year old woman and young professional. I work from home so the house is quiet during the day. I have a beautiful ragdoll cat who sleeps all day and will not bother you. This is an ideal situation for someone who is also working from home. I like to keep the place quiet during the work week but I enjoy socializing and going out (pre-covid) on the weekends. I myself am clean and I am looking for a roommate who also likes a clean place. I stay active while doing yoga and playing tennis during the summer. The townhouse complex has a tennis court inside it.

I am ideally looking only for one roommate in this house but I am open to having 2 roommates (3 people total in house).
