Available in a very nice, spacious house, one furnished room + bathroom. The bathroom is shared with one other female (But you will have your own sink and vanity).
Looking for a female, friendly working person or student (no couples). The room is in a 5 bedroom house where a couple and 2 more lady lives. This house is big and bright in a great neighbourhood, beautiful backyard, very chill area. Person must be clean, responsible, non-smoker and not allergic to cats. Also, we prefer someone who is quiet, easygoing, positive and considerate.
Very well located, our house is 1 block from Fraser St on 21st Ave, very close to buses and near skytrain.
House comes fully loaded with Dishwasher + Washer and Dryer, Alkaline Water filter, Pantry, Microwave, Juice maker, Big backyard with barbecue, patio table, chairs, hammocks, etc.
Close to many amenities, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, Shoppers Drugmart, parks, buses, etc. Lots of street parking.
Utilities, Water, WiFi and hydro - $50 extra
Bedroom 1: has a QUEEN bed, ladder desk, small dresser and a closet.
We can provide hangers, bedding and towels if needed.
Occasional gathering with friends, barbecues, light drinks/wine is ok. We prefer no parties, no drugs and no smoking. Long term or short term (minimum 5 mths preferred). No heavy drinkers please.
