Private furnished room + insuite bathroom. Bathroom is shared with one other female roommate (2 vanities, 2 sinks, shower and bathtub) available in a very nice, spacious house, great neighborhood, very chill.

Looking for a female, friendly working person or student (no couples) to rent a room in a 5 bedroom house where a couple + 1 female are living in the house. This house is big, bright with an awesome backyard. Person must be clean, responsible, non-smoker and not allergic to cats (We have 2). Also, we prefer someone who is quiet, easygoing, positive and considerate.

Great location, nice neighbourhood. House is 1 block from Fraser St on 21st Ave, very close to buses and near skytrain.

House comes fully loaded with Dishwasher + Washer and Dryer, an amazing Alkaline Water filter, Pantry, Microwave, Juice maker, Blenders, Big backyard with barbecue, patio table, chairs, hammocks.

Close to many amenities, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, Shoppers Drugmart, parks, buses, etc. Lots of street parking.

Must be okay with cats and kids.

Everything is included, utilities, WiFi, hydro, etc!

The bedroom has a QUEEN bed, ladder desk and 1 big closet (hangers plus racks and dividers). We can provide bedding and towels if needed.

No parties, no drugs and no smoking! Long term or short term (minimum 4 mths). Occasional gathering with friends, barbecues, light drinks/wine is ok. No heavy drinkers please.
