Bright, spacious room with private bathroom! in newer townhouse (Lots of privacy in this space!) Located at the corner of King St & Morrison Rd - Minutes to the Highway, Freeport Hospital & Chicopee Park. Bus routes very close by. Includes a spacious, tastefully furnished bedroom and your own 3 pc bathroom. It’s very private as your ‘wing’ is on the first floor. Other two bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor. Full use of kitchen (stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils), Livingroom, 2nd floor patio. Utilities, Internet, wifi and laundry are included, as well as Netflix, Crave and Prime Video. The home has A/C and a water softener.

I have a 20yo daughter who stays with me quite a bit and I have two awesome cats.

Please note that a female roommate is preferred and no couples please.

Available September 1st with some flexibility if the right person needs it a bit sooner/later.

I’m a very clean, quiet, personable, non-smoking woman with a good sense of humour. My awesome 20yo old, well-mannered daughter will stay with me some of the time. I have two cats, like to keep a tidy home and I’m looking for the same in a roommate. I tend to get along great with people of all ages. My last roomie stayed 3 years and loved the space as she had a lot of privacy in her own area and we got along very well. I enjoy reading, writing, cooking and decorating. I’m friendly yet very respectful of other people’s personal space.
