THE SET-UP: I recently moved into an old, but well-maintained house in the West End and am looking for someone to join me and one other housemate. Shared spaces are large and furnished. Features include a washer and dryer, back deck, and a fenced backyard with a shed perfect for storing bikes. Amazing location - close to bus routes, a quick walk to the Commons, close to multiple grocery stores, etc.

WHAT’S AVAILABLE: Spacious (13x12) unfurnished room upstairs with large window overlooking the street and a good-sized closet. $800 per month.

HOUSEMATE REQUIREMENTS: Female, non-smoking grad student or working professional in their mid/late 20s or 30s. I’m looking for a responsible housemate who’s friendly, quiet, and considerate, and who ideally sees their home as a restful haven (this is definitely not a party house). Must be tidy and leave shared spaces clean after using them. Also must be comfortable with dogs as I have a sweet, silly 1-year-old (non- shedding) puppy!

THE TERMS: Move-in February 1st or March 1st, with fixed term lease until end of August. Option to sign a one-year lease in September. References and security deposit will be required. Utilities and internet included.
