Furnished room available to view by January 18th. It will be available immediately after that. You will share the house with just one mature working female. There is a small dog (hypoallergenic) and cat in the house. It’s a clean and quiet household. You will have access to laundry, parking, kitchen at any time. The room is fully furnished with a large dresser, queen bed, shelf and 36” t.v. There is cable in the room. The house is non smoking (outside ok). There is a bathroom that would be yours as well. All utilities/internet included. Energized parking if you wish to use it. As much as I love them all, I’d prefer no other pets. Please be willing to meet and come view the room if interested. I will not agree to anyone moving in without viewing or meeting beforehand. I would prefer someone close in age (55), but not a deal breaker. Thank you for checking my listing!

55 year old professionally employed female. Friendly and respectful with a sense of humour. I work full time, Monday to Friday. 8-4 and have two casual respite jobs as well.
