Prestwick Cove SE

Cute and cozy downstairs suite in SE Mckenzie Towne. There are currently 4 of us living in this big beautiful house and we are looking for someone to rent the downstairs area which has a gas fireplace, spacious living room, bathroom, shower, bedroom, and study area. As seen in the photos the laminate flooring in the bedroom has some scratches but a rug of your choosing will be provided. Large storage area in the house for whatever your storage needs are. The Kitchen is large and shared among the house. You will be free to hangout wherever you’d like including the beautiful outside porch and patio, and backyard garden/firepit hangout area. This suite would be best suited to a young/mid twenty year old couple or single person. Pets are negotiable, as is the term. Please contact Sam if you would like to come have a look

Two of the tenants are fresh off the boat from England. One works in automobile sales and the other is a chef. The other two are me and my girlfriend. She’s a gymnastics instructor and I am a carpenter. expect occasional game nights and a few parties a year. Half of us are students so the house is mostly quiet, we keep the house very clean and have a deep cleaning “chore day” on Sundays, but you will just be expected to keep your area tidy.
