Valhalla's room

The room is available on the 3rd floor of a Clean Town Home. You will share a shower/ bathroom on the 3rd floor with only 1 other person. Utilities and wifi are included. Use of the pool and gyms in the condo.

Roommates are super nice, busy individuals, they keep to themselves, but are open to communicate and are helpful and friendly.

First + Last month rent and the keys deposit will be required upon moving in.

There is a large skylight which is an excellent source of light ( in fact, it stays light longer in this room than in any other rooms ). There is a large walk in closet with shelves that has 2 doors on each side of the wall, leading into it. It fits a lot of stuff.
There is an Ikea pull out sofa (Queen size, 56“ wide by 73“ long ), it is a great space saver as it folds/ unfolds easily. Also there is a narrow desk, some shelves and TV with HDMI cable, to which you can project movies from your laptop.

There is a patio outside, where one can sit, greenery in front of it. The complex is modern and very nice.

A very well stocked Loblaws that is open from 7 am till 11 pm is just 5 minutes away by walking.

Kipling subway station is 11 min ride by bus and is right outside of the complex. It is 20 minutes to Spadina/ King ( without traffic, by car) It is next to a cluster of highways going in all directions of GTA ( 427/ 401 East and West )!

This will suit somebody who appreciates having a nice, friendly, safe and quiet home base and does not have many guests or loud parties.
