Historic building in the best part of Ottawa (my opinion), on the corner of Elgin and Gladstone. 3min walk to LCBO, Loblaws, and a 5min walk to a major transit way for convenient transportation to and from the city.

Rent is $750/mo (plus internet and hydro), for the larger room and $650/mo (all in) for the smaller room. Last month’s deposit is also required. Paid laundry on bottom floor of building with 24/7 access. Street parking is available through the city.
