It’s near Trinity Western University, Kwantlen Polytechnic, and a few different hospitals, so perfect for students or healthcare workers. It really has a homey feeling to it. The furnished room available has a twin storage bed and shared bathroom, east facing and gets lovely lighting that gets blocked with blackout sheets. Shared kitchen with pots and pans and utensils available, with shared food storage space. Room has a big closet space and its own thermostat heating. Washer/drier included. High speed internet included. Parking available very close to house’s entrance. No smoking, drug use, large get togethers, no pets. References required
