I am renting the lower 2 levels, with my own entrance where I also have my own living area, bathroom and bedroom. New tenant would have the entire top floor and most of the main floor to themself. Lease term is negotiable starting from March 1st. The pictures included are most of the main floor, (kitchen/dining which we share) the living room is also on this level but would be all yours and as I have my own space on bottom floor. We basically each have our own halves of the house (2 levels each). Your area would be the top level which includes your own full bathroom, a small room and large bedroom as well. Cannot provide pics at this time, but happy to give a virtual tour or set up a viewing. In that note, 2 people or a couple could be negotiated. Our house has a private fenced back yard with fire pit, patio and BBQ area. And is also pet friendly upon approval. Street parking available out front and it is also on a few main bus routes (stops right outside front door).
