I am looking for a clean and quiet male flatmate with a daytime work/study schedule. This is a ONE BEDROOM apartment where you get the private master bedroom and we share the rest (bathroom, kitchen, living/dinning room). I use a folding bed in the living which is only unfolded at night. All utilities included (no cable but there is unlimited wifi). This is a pet/smoke/vaping/drugs free property, no overnight guests.
