There is a private fridge in the room and all utilities included, plus Wi-Fi and laundry as well. Stable income is a must. No parties or smoking on property. No late night guests or noise. No furry pets. A car is necessary as we are in deep Errington, 10 minutes from town, and there’s no bus. 3 month minimum stay.

I work from a home as a secretary for my husband who is a painter. We have a peaceful quiet home. We are usually in bed by 10. There is an older woman renting the room next door. She gets up early & goes to work, and goes to bed early too. Our home is all about rest and nature. Everyone here is conscious of each others solitude.
