The room is small but cozy, with a bit of storage space in our shop if needed. Bathroom & kitchen are shared with one other roomer. Private fridge in room, all utilities, WIFI, and laundry included. Stable income is a must. No parties or smoking. No late night guests, noise, or furry pets. A car is a must in deep Errington, there’s no bus. 3 month minimum stay.
