Fully furnished. Looking for short or long term roomie. You have one bedroom with nice bed, mattress and linen that will be replaced once a month or more tbd.( I wash your bed linen and towels). Very private and quiet area. Adjacent to forest. Shared bathroom (where towels will be replaced once a month or more tbd) ,kitchen (with all tools needed to cook a meal) got very strong internet. Laundry on 1st floor. Three floors and I am on the third floor with no neighbours on top. Corner unit. Insurance in case of disaster included. Any one welcome but will be determined after meeting or talking. Just be very clean. Parking on street available. Even with deposit - You break it you replace it. Month to month rental accepted. I am working from home online (M-F 8-5pm). I can be flexible let’s discuss your schedule. I like the home very much, clean and organized. Not a party person but social. No smoking. Drug free environment. Definitely not MJ friendly. No smoking or vaping in the apartment. smoking outside the building allowed.I will present you with a written agreement to make the shared spaces easy on both of us to keep the home clean - I can email it to you before we meet so you can decide if this shared space will work for you. Rent is due every 30 nights from when you start, ( day 31 rent due and this is also night 1) not bi weekly. Arrange time to come see the room and meet.
