Two bedroom apartment. You have one bedroom with nice bed, mattress and linen that will be replaced once a month.Very private and quiet area. Big balcony with nice plants. Adjacent to forest. Shared bathroom (where towels will be replaced once a month) ,kitchen (with all tools needed to cook a meal) got very strong internet. Old building with laundry on 1st floor operated by paid card system. Walking distance to Brentwood mall. Brentwood translink station and also Holdom station. Three floors and I am on the third floor with no neighbours on top. No Deposit - You break it you replace it.

I am currently working from home online and would prefer a roommate that doesn’t work from home (goes to school in day or to work in the week days) but also flexible. I like my home very much, clean and organized. Not a party person. Not smoking or pets allowed. No overnight guests allowed. I will present you with a written agreement to make the shared spaces easy on both of us. Rent is due monthly every 30 days from when you start, not bi weekly.
