About the room

I own a newly built one-bedroom condo. I live in the condo part-time and in London, Ontario, part-time. The bedroom is very spacious and includes a bed, desk, and chair. You are welcome to share the kitchen. The living room will serve as both my living area and sleeping area. Not having a car is preferred. Parking is difficult. The bus transportation in the Pointe Saint-Charles area is very frequent and convenient.

About the roomies

I am a quiet person who enjoys my own space and time. I write, sketch, and like the outdoors. I am also older than 70. The other condo residents are friendly and mostly young people.
